Scroll frame sequence滚动逐帧序列

It looks like video but is a stack of pre-rendered stills (36 real product photos in the demo): scroll down and it jumps forward a frame, scroll back and it steps back one, stop and it holds. It moves in discrete frames — there is no such thing as half a frame.

When to use it

Use it for 360° product turntables, craft processes, and assembly demos — content too heavy to film and too light to paginate. Preload every frame; more frames means more weight, so do not use it for anything tens of seconds long.

Parameters

frames 36 · step = (section height − viewport) / (frames − 1) · index = round(progress × (frames − 1)) · swap image, never interpolate

Recipe

  1. Scroll frame sequence → frames 36 · step = (section height − viewport) / (frames − 1) · index = round(progress × (frames − 1)) · swap image, never interpolate

One sentence for your AI

Turn this section into a frame sequence: prepare N pre-rendered images and quantize the scroll position into an integer frame index (index = round(progress × (N − 1))), then swap the displayed image to that frame. Do not interpolate and do not ease — it is supposed to jump frame by frame. Size the section so each frame takes roughly the same amount of scrolling.
